Each piece of Katya jewelry is created by hand in her studio in Sausalito, Ca. She makes the stones by fusing multiple layers of glass in a kiln, and then cold working the glass to shape and calibrate it, before returning them to the kiln for a second or third firing. They are then set into her hand forged sterling silver or 14 kt goldfill settings. And thus a new Katya creation is completed.
